Start Learning
Watch all 25 lectures at your own pace. Each lecture includes a downloadable PDF slide deck for review. Topics range from goal setting to the neuroscience of exercise and sleep.

Do I need an access code?
No. You can purchase access directly on the site. Access codes are an alternative provided by instructors for free entry.
What if my access code doesn't work?

Can I watch lectures on my phone?

How long do I have access?
